Embark on a thrilling Hike in the Wild with SeaMonkey Expeditions, as we venture into Jordan's largest nature reserve, teeming with wildlife and natural wonders. Departing from Amman at 5 am, our journey takes us to the enchanting Dana Nature Reserve. Witness the mesmerizing diversity of birds, large insects, and reptiles as we explore this rugged wilderness. A scenic 3-hour car ride brings us to the reserve's entrance, where a shuttle awaits to transport us to the Dana campsite.
After breakfast at the camp site, we begin our hike at 8 am, immersing ourselves in the stunning Jordanian wilderness. Along the way, we'll be on the lookout for rock hyrax and Nubian ibex. Marvel at the topography that showcases Jordan's unique location between Europe, Asia, and Africa. Keep an eye on the sky for soaring raptors during the hike. We conclude our expedition around 2 pm, where a shuttle will take us back to the entrance for a short 15-minute ride to meet our driver and head back to Amman, with an expected arrival at 5:30 pm.
